Wreaths

Well, it is Dec. 2. The countdown has really begun. I have been working on plaster of paris wreaths, but I just can't seem to get them right. They turn out pretty and festive, but around the edges they crumble. I've tried painting them, but it doesn't stick very well. I've also tried getting the mixture at different consistencies, but to no avail. Any ideas?

Happy Holidays

Just like most of you, I am trying to get ready for the holidays. They seem to get here faster every year. What with baking, working on my gift baskets, and creating new crafts, time seems to fly by. And before you know it, it will be a new year all over again. But I do have time to wish each and every one of you a safe and happy holiday season.
